COLD SOUP

A fun and healthy snack. This is also a good quick-lunch substitute. You can eat this with a spoon like a traditional soup or you can eat it caviar style with toast.

  • Fresh Cucumber Guts (Cut cucumber in half, take a spoon and scoop out the insides into a bowl.)
  • Fresh Tomato Guts (Cut tomato in half, take a spoon and scoop out the insides into a bowl.)
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Grounded Garlic or Garlic Powder
  • Serve with a Garlic-Butter Toast and a Cucumber + Celery Salad on the side!
