A fun and healthy snack. This is also a good quick-lunch substitute. You can eat this with a spoon like a traditional soup or you can eat it caviar style with toast.
- Fresh Cucumber Guts (Cut cucumber in half, take a spoon and scoop out the insides into a bowl.)
- Fresh Tomato Guts (Cut tomato in half, take a spoon and scoop out the insides into a bowl.)
- Cayenne Pepper
- Lemon Pepper
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Grounded Garlic or Garlic Powder
- Serve with a Garlic-Butter Toast and a Cucumber + Celery Salad on the side!
