STARTER SNACK PLATE

A combination of fruit and veggies snack plate! Featuring your favorite Fruit, Cucumbers, and Broccoli!

  •  The cucumbers are a good source of water plus add salt + pepper to replace the cravings for chips or salty treats.
  • Strawberries are something fun to me personally… but the fruit of your choice can cut the cravings for candy and sweet treats.
  • Raw broccoli or carrots are a good choice because you can cheat a little bit with this selection by adding some ranch dressing on top. This starter plate is a good choice for lunch or snack throughout the day.
